After a major upgrade earlier this year, a ‘brasserie’ style menu is served in both Dawson’s Bar & Cuisine (the old Shakespeare’s restaurant) This menu changes with the seasons and is complimented by a weekly changing ‘Prix Fixe’ menu and a Sunday luncheon menu always serving local Welsh beef . |
