V Wild mushroom and walnut cheese tart on a bed of baby leaves with a basil and walnut pesto

 Award winning breast of smoked duck on a pickled fennel, shallot and watercress salad with a honey

and mustard dressing

leek gratin potato, creamed cabbage casserole and rich port jus

 Pan roasted breast of chicken with rosemary scented fondant potato, served on wilted greens

 with a wild mushroom and tarragon cream sauce and roasted cherry vine tomatoes

 V Twice baked Perl Las cheese soufflé served on wilted rocket with a rich tomato

and basil sauce and herb gnocchi
